privacy policy

(last updated 13 October 2026)

This site is run by me, Stuart Hendricks, trading as the stu·dio (스튜·디오), in Seoul, South Korea. It collects as little as it can, and this page sets out exactly what that is. Questions go tohello@stu-dio.xyz.

no tracking cookies

The site itself sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device. Its fonts are hosted on the site, and it embeds no third-party players, widgets or advertising.

analytics

To see how many people visit and which pages they read, the site usesCloudflare Web Analytics. It counts page views, the page that referred you, your browser and device type, your country and how quickly pages load. Cloudflare states that it uses no cookies or local storage, doesn't fingerprint visitors by IP address or browser, and doesn't track individuals across sites. I only see the totals.

hosting

The site is delivered by Cloudflare. Like any web server, it processes your IP address and the details of each request in order to send you the page and protect the site from abuse. Cloudflare handles this under its own privacy policy. To filter out bots, Cloudflare may set a short-lived security cookie (__cf_bm); it isn't used to track you.

if you email me

When you write to hello@stu-dio.xyz, I receive your email address, your name if you give it, and whatever you choose to send. Cloudflare forwards the message to my inbox. I use it only to reply to you and to handle any work that follows, and I keep it only for as long as that needs. I don't add you to a mailing list, and I don't share or sell your details.

outside south korea

Cloudflare is a US company that operates a global network, so the data described above may be processed outside South Korea.

your rights

You can ask what I hold about you, ask me to correct or delete it, or ask me to stop using it. Emailhello@stu-dio.xyz and I'll reply within 10 days.

links to other sites

The site links to X, LinkedIn, client websites and the articles listed as proof of work. Those sites have their own privacy policies, and this one doesn't cover them.
